What happens when you combine the vibrant nightlife of London's Camden, the World of Wine, and the traditional cusine of Cuba? Today was spent discovering and creating a unique answer to this. In essence it's all about letting your hair down and sharing with loved ones but the right environment makes a huge difference.
The Cuban restaurant and bar in Camden's Stables Market has a new menu created in consultation by TV chef of 'Feast Bazaar' fame Barry Vera. The food concept is authentic, super tasty, and affordable. Barry explains:
To find the perfect food and wine pairings we went global. Clean and crisp La Cote Flamenc Picpoul de Pinet with an assortment of white fish. Valdivieso Chilean Reserve Viognier with Saffron infused Paella. Barbera Riva Leone with
Spicy Chorizo.
If you are in Camden this summer I encourage you to check the Cuban out. It's just the place to chillax.
